Ben’s legal experience extends across the areas of real estate, corporate and business formation, estate planning and administration, and complex litigation matters involving business disputes, trusts and estates. His real estate practice covers a broad range of matters such as property line disputes, subdivision matters, zoning issues, encroachment and easement issues, landlord tenant matters, and other legal matters. He enjoys assisting clients with all aspects of a transaction and uses his collaborative style to guide clients around impasses and achieve creative solutions and effective outcomes.

Ben is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, the Montgomery Radford Bar Association, Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and the Blacksburg Rotary Club. Ben and his wife are the proud parents of a daughter and son. They are active members at Providence Presbyterian Church in Christiansburg where they serve on the music team.
